701 Good Day and thank you for  your interest in Smart Health. Smart Health is the name of our remote patient monitoring division that grew legs during the covid outbreak in 2020. RPM has tremendous growth opportunity, in the billions, as you know. It also has problematic regulations attached to the reimbursement code from Medicare that can erode the profitability. Speaking on behalf of the interested client the question is:  My biggest problem as a RPM supplier, is documenting that the patient test 16 days during the month. How can you help.
Answer: It starts with using the right home monitoring equipment that can be predetermine during the on boarding of the patient.
Assuming that you are wanting to use all of Smart Health services that we offer that include the home monitoring equipment that is manufactured by SunVision Medical and available to be purchased in bulk from China or the equipment can be drop shipped to your patients from RSH Distribution center located in Daytona Florida.
RSH stocks most of the equipment in plain white boxes so that you may purchase sleeves from us to private label the equipment. This includes the Smart Vital Watch, weight scale and medication dispenser that is manufactured by SunVision and products manufactured by others that all can be sleeved under your company identity that include blood pressure monitor, ECG, Thermometer, pulse oximeter, glucose meter and CGM. We offer combination packages that all include our vital watch and another piece of equipment like the, watch and Blood Pressure monitor, watch and ECG, watch and Glucose Meter, watch and weight scale, watch and thermometer, plus watch and pulse oximeter.
The watch is used as a tool to collect seven vitals and to remind the patient to download the watch every six days. The reminders are done through emails, text, IVR or a live person. If the patient is on-boarded correctly obtaining engagement is much easier.
Again speaking on behalf of the client: What happens if the patient is not willing or able to upload their watch readings to their cell phone or they don’t have a cell phone?
Answer: The solution is our cellular gateway.
RSH Distribution stocks the gateway in plain white boxes and when the patient receives the gateway, all that is needed, is to plug it in. Automatically the gateway will recognize the watch, blood pressure, glucose meter, weight scale and pulse oximeter. Going forward the patient simply wears the watch and test themselves as normal from the other stand alone equipment and all the vitals will be sent to the health cloud.
Response from the client: Is this gateway affordable, my customers only reimburses my company 40 to 60 dollars per month for my services.
Answer: The gateway drop ship to client is $64.95 and in bulk purchase considerably less. The expense to supply the product is quickly justified with the ability to bill for rpm services.
Response from client: What is the cost for the cellular service?
Answer: The cost is 5 dollars per month that also includes the welcome call and the engagement service.
Response from Client: Is there a contract or long term obligation?
Answer: The basic offering has no commitments of time or volume. However we do have a rental offering that does not require any product returns and allows your company to expand your volume of RPM service without the need for additional capital. RSH also offers clinical service that includes the registered nurses and supporting agents and if needed a medical director.
Response from Client: Does this mean that RSH can be given a prescription from the doctor and do the entire RPM services and bill Medicare directly?
Answer: Yes and we can do revenue sharing with your company for the clinical and technical services.
Response from client: What happens if our software platform does not have the capabilities required to transmit and receive?
Answer: Our platform is available to rent per patient and can also be private labeled or you may just need a module that works behind the scene to accommodate the requirements.
