If the host is trending badly the medical professional and family will be notified by text, email, IVR or an operator will connect. The DR Watch offers the medical community, an additional revenue opportunity and protection to their patients and also qualifies for Medicare reimbursements through services that include Remote Patient Monitoring, Remote Therapy Monitoring, and Behavioral Health programs. Every state has its own rate for Medicare payments for Remote Patient Monitoring, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring and care for mental health. Each of these programs are supported by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies. To qualify for reimbursement of RPM, RTM and Behavior Health the healthcare professional must be remotely connected to the patient through an approved software platform that has the capability of collecting health data and transferring the data to the health cloud seamlessly.
